I am an assistant professor of Marketing at the University of Bath. I earned a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of South Florida and an M.S. and B.A. in Psychology from Korea University. I attempt to incorporate my learnings in the psychology discipline into the marketing area and in the process aimed to bridge several aspects of these two disciplines.

My key research interests are in consumer well-being, retailing, and sensory marketing. I investigate how sensory stimuli used in retailing (brick-and-mortar and online) affect consumers’ evaluations and choices.
